At Le Chateau, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece does not perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and box to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location or contact our concierge team to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.
